Insurance for Youth Players

All US Club Soccer registered youth players, and coaches and administrators holding passcards, are insured by a $100,000 secondary medical insurance policy that has a $500 deductible. The current policy also covers approved international travel.

The US Club Soccer organization and its member clubs and leagues are also covered for all US Club Soccer activities by a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy with a $6,000,000 aggregate ($1,000,000 of coverage for adult programs).

Optional insurance is available for non-member youth clubs to attend US Club Soccer sanctioned tournaments.  See this information under:  Registration.

Insurance for Adult Players

Adult registration includes all the benefits of other US Club membership, including general liability and accident (i.e. medical coverage) insurance coverage for clubs, member coaches and officials, players and volunteers of the team or league and participants affiliated with the association.

Additional insurance information, certificates of insurance, and claim forms are available for download to members in the "Members Only" section, or can be submitted online.  (Youth Claim Form or Adult Claim Form). Once completed, claim forms must be mailed to the US Club Soccer office:
