The NSCAA/US Club Soccer Director of Coaching (DOC) Diploma course is conducted on a semi-annual basis by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), in conjunction with US Club Soccer. This course addresses the issues confronting the Director of an American club. The curriculum for the 21-hour course examines the technical, conceptual, leadership and administrative skills of future and current Directors of Coaching for youth soccer clubs for the purpose of developing the youth soccer player.
