Chris Baer joined US Club Soccer as the Central Regional Representative in May 2003. He was named General Manager of the National Premier Leagues in January 2012.
The La Jolla, Calif., native attended and played soccer at the University of California, Berkeley, and he received a master's degree from The Ohio State University. After college, Baer spent two years working with the USISL's Columbus XOGGZ and three years with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. An "A"-licensed coach, Baer is currently in his seventh year coaching the Ohio Premier Girls' Soccer Club.
Baer is based just outside of Columbus in Worthington, Ohio.
