US Club Soccer named Gerry McKeown id2 Director on May 14, 2007. McKeown has spent the past 24 years coaching at both the collegiate and club level. He began his coaching career in 1984 after playing collegiately at N.C. State, followed by stints in the American Soccer League, Major Indoor Soccer League and United Soccer League. Currently, the Summit, N.J. resident works as the Boys DOC at PDA and as an assistant coach with the U-15 U.S. Boys’ National Team.

On Jan. 2, 2008, McKeown assumed the role of id2 Boys Director. He manages the scouting team, player nominations and player selections for the id2 boys' program.
