Williams joined US Club Soccer's full-time staff in January 2009 after serving as an intern during the summers of 2007 and 2008. As event coordinator, Williams works under the direction of Leo Garcia in organizing and operating US Club Soccer events.

In 2008, Williams received a bachelor of science degree in sport and entertainment management from the University of South Carolina. Before transferring to the University of South Carolina, the Goose Creek, S.C., native played one season on the men's soccer team at Grand Canyon University (Ariz.) and also on the Arizona Sahuaros, with whom he competed in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

Williams is based in Charleston, S.C.
