DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. (June 26, 2004) – The competition heated up Saturday at Region B in Downingtown, Pa. as ten teams earned berths to the National Cup III finals and several others secured spots in Sunday’s regional final matches. In a tournament marked by challenges due to weather, team scheduling conflicts and of course the competition on the field, World Class Soccer was the first club from Region B to claim multiple spots in the finals as their U13 girls and U17 Division 1 boys won titles. Several more teams will punch their ticket to the National Cup III finals Sunday, the last day of Region B competition.
