Ohio Cup II – State Championship Dates Announced

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (May 19, 2006) - The Ohio Cup II - State Championship, sanctioned by US Club Soccer, will kick off its second year of competition October 14-15, 2006 in Columbus, Ohio.  Open to all US Club Soccer members in both Ohio-North and Ohio-South, Ohio Cup II – State champions will be crowned in U9-U14 boys and girls’ age groups (U9 and U10 will be 8v8; U11 and above will be 11v11).

All US Club Soccer clubs, academies and league team members located in Ohio are invited to participate in the Ohio Cup II - State Championship.  If you need information on becoming a member, contact US Club Soccer Midwest Representative Chris Baer (614-854-0779).  Details for this event will be available during the summer.

About US Club Soccer
US Club Soccer is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop competitive club soccer in the United States. It has been a member of the United States Soccer Federation since July 2001, and has grown to over 1,200 member clubs and league teams in 47 states.
