2006 National Cup V Regionals
- All teams apply to the Premier level. The tournament committee will invite selected teams to participate in a Super Cup level, based on the team’s competitive history.
- Cup fee is $695/team.
- All Cup applications are submitted and the registration fee is paid online via credit card. Applications are now available online in the 2006 National Cup V Regionals table above and are due by April 10, 2006. (However, some age groups might closer earlier. It is not guaranteed that by applying before 4/10, a spot in the National Cup V will be available.) National Cup V is open to US Club Soccer Members only.
- Late Application Submittal: All applications submitted after April 10, 2006 will incur a $100 late fee. Also, any applications submitted after April 10, 2006 will be accepted only on a "space available" basis.
- Regional Events Closed: Each Regional will be closed three weeks prior to the start date of that particular Regional. Late applications will no longer be accepted once a Regional is closed. Schedules for each Regional will be posted two weeks prior to the kickoff of each event.
- As in previous years, a team may choose to attend any 2006 National Cup V Regional, and is not limited to the ones in its USSF Region. Please note there is a separate application for each Regional.
- To ensure a high level of competition for all clubs, all teams applying for the 2006 National Cup V will do so at the Premier level. A tournament committee, consisting of soccer-knowledgeable, neutral, club soccer coaches, will review all the applications and select teams to be promoted into a Super Cup division.
- Also as in 2005, any team who applies for a 2006 National Cup V Regional and subsequently wins its state cup or regional league and chooses to attend its USYS Regional instead of the US Club Soccer Regional will be granted a refund of its National Cup V entry fee as long as a refund request is received within seven days of the team winning its state cup.

- Follow the directions for completing the application
If you are applying with more than one team
- Click your region of choice
- IMPORTANT: Click on CLUBS LOGIN HERE (you will be directed to the Soccer Scheduler registration page. Complete that registration process first before moving on).
- Find the US CLUB SOCCER REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS from the list, then Apply.
Please note that after submitting your application, the software gives teams an opportunity to fill in roster information. This is used for recruiting purposes only and, althought suggested, it is NOT required to apply. In addition, please make sure you have an official roster and received your player passes directly from US Club Soccer.
Also, if you do not have text message function on your cell phone, type in your phone number @your service provider .com.
For Updates on Application Status or to modify Team Information (Coaches, Managers, Players' Info, etc) please click on the application link and log in with your GotSoccer user name and password. Once logged in, click on Main Menu.

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds of the Cup application fee unless:
- There is no competition conducted at the Regional in the age group applied for, and the team chooses not to play up, or attend a different Regional.
- A team, having applied for a Regional, subsequently wins its state cup, and chooses to attend the USYSA Regional instead of the US Club Soccer Regional. In this instance, refund requests must be made via email to the team’s respective regional email address within seven days of such team winning its state cup.
In all other cases, teams are expected to fulfill their commitment to attend The Cup. Any failure to participate may result in sanctions not only for the team, but for the club in which the team is affiliated. Clubs are expected to monitor the participation of their teams. Any issues regarding an inability to participate shall be addressed to US Club Soccer by either the Club President or Director of Coaching
Player/Staff Passcard Surcharges
We urge all teams to request their player and staff cards for the 2006 National Cup V as soon as possible. A surcharge will be applied for last minute cards as follows:
- A $100 surcharge will be assessed to teams that have not requested and provided paperwork and payment for a minimum of 7 players at least 3 weeks before play begins at their respective regional.
- A $4/card surcharge for cards that have to be issued at a regional will be assessed to teams that have carded a minimum of 7 players at least 3 weeks before play begins at their respective regional, but who still need additional cards.
Teams will not be allowed to play in the Regionals until all fees and surcharges are paid.
- US Club Soccer has designated specific contacts for Hotel Information for each Regional. All participating teams are required to book their hotel needs through them. Additional hotel information will be released shortly.
