Team Check-In
Team check in will take place on Friday, July 25 from 5-8pm ET at the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex. (For Directions see maps below)
At check-in, teams shall present the following:
- Official team roster, downloaded and printed from the US Club Soccer team’s website information (up to 26 players).
- US Club Soccer player cards for all players on the roster.
- Coaches and managers passcards.
- A copy of Player medical treatment authorization forms.

Virginia Beach will host the National Cup Finals for the first time. In 2007, US Club Soccer successfully staged a National Cup Regional at the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex, which features 19 fields with Tifway Bermuda grass. The Princess Anne Athletic Complex includes seven soccer fields, two of which are lighted.
No Pets are allowed at either facility.

Schedule & Competition Levels
We will endeavor to have the Finals schedule out as early as possible after the last Regional has been completed. Teams will compete in the same age group division at the 2008 National Cup VII Finals as they did at the Regional stage.
Finals Players: After the Regional competitions, for teams advancing to the Finals, players may be dropped or added without limitation up to the maximum roster size, as long as any new players to be added were registered with the Member Club or League Team at the time of the initial Regional games roster deadline. If the Club has had tryouts since the Regionals, they may add up to three new players from such tryouts that have committed to and registered with the Club for the next registration year. Any other roster emergency requests shall be determined by the Tournament Director on a case by case basis.
Finals Tournament Roster Freeze: 5pm Eastern, seven (7) days prior to the team’s first Finals game. Thereafter, the team’s tournament roster shall be frozen. A player may only play on one Cup team during the Finals.
Surcharges: For any cards that have to be issued at the Finals, an additional surcharge of $4/card will be incurred.
