ABOUT JOHN HARKES:  A long-time friend and teammate of Tab Ramos, John Harkes is also a member of the Soccer Hall of Fame and has appeared in a pair of World Cups with the U.S. National Soccer Team. The Kearny, N.J., native was the first American player to ever play in the English Premier League, where he began playing for Sheffield Wednesday. Harkes also won two MLS Cup titles with D.C. United, and he now serves as a color commentator for MLS games on ESPN2.
