ABOUT DAVID RUBINSON:  A former head coach at the collegiate level for over 20 years, Rubinson now serves as a USSF Women's National Staff Coach, a position he has held since 2005. In this role, Rubinson seeks to raise the overall level of play in the United States through player identification and development, and coaching education, while also providing a direct link to U.S. Soccer for appropriate players.


RECAP OF VISIT:  Rubinson was in attendance for three full days of the California id2 RTC. In addition to scouting for possible inclusion with the U.S. Women's National Teams, Rubinson also led one of the on-field training sessions as a coach. Rubinson also fielded questions from interested players and discussing his thoughts on a variety of topics with coaches and staff members throughout his visit.
