The 2009 National Cup VIII Finals and National Collegiate Showcase returns to Virginia Beach, Va., for the second successive year. The Hampton Roads Soccer Complex features 19 Tifway Bermuda grass fields, while the Princess Anne Athletic Complex includes seven natural grass fields, two of which are lighted.
