Rachel Wood is a centerback for the Boston Breakers of the NWSL. Before taking the field with Boston, Wood played for HK/Vikinger in Iceland, and at the University of North Carolina and UC Irvine. 

In this video, Wood discusses how people often don't think of athletes at the top of their sport as anything other than an athlete. However, Woods has been an elite soccer player for much of her life and as much as it means to her, soccer is not what defines her.
