National Registration System Transition Update

Dear US Club Soccer member,

As a follow-up to this update sent February 14, we want to make sure both you and your club have everything you need for the transition to the new US Club Soccer National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine for the August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020 registration year.

Here’s what you can expect over the next couple months:

March

Getting your club’s SportsEngine account set up

System sneak peek video shared
Account tour and training scheduled with Transition Specialists
Primary registrar invited to your club’s SportsEngine account
Review staff migration; training on adding new staff

May – June
Continued Training & National Registration System Launch

Review player migration; training on adding new players
System FAQs and full process documentation released
Video walkthroughs and system training resources deployed
Late May: Player and staff registration for August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020 registration year begins in the new National Registration System.
