Dear administrators of US Club Soccer-sanctioned leagues,
We’re excited to announce the new US Club Soccer National Registration System (NRS), powered by SportsEngine, has launched for the 2019-20 Governing Season (July 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020).
Please read below for action items, resources and a video applicable to your role as an administrator of a US Club Soccer-sanctioned league.
Please forward this to the correct person(s) who administers your league, if that is not you.
Click here to visit the NRS help web page for general information about the NRS and additional information applicable to club registrars.
Access your league’s SportsEngine HQ account here. US Club Soccer’s NRS is located within SportsEngine HQ. If you are a league administrator who has not yet accessed your account, you may do so using your KYCK Play credentials. If you are unable to access your account, see the Contact/Help section below.
Assign permissions/Organization Role. A person must be assigned the Org Admin role to access the Competition > Program section, which is where most US Club Soccer sanctioned league administration is conducted. For non-SportsEngine customers, your league’s primary administrator has Org Admin permission, and therefore should assign permission to other league administrators as appropriate. If you are an existing SportsEngine customer, you may have these permissions already set for your organization. Click here for details and instructions.
Approve teams that request affiliation with your league for the 2019-20 Governing Season. This step is required by US Club Soccer and should be completing on an ongoing basis moving forward. Instructions are included in this video and also listed below:
Click Competition on the left-hand navigation bar, then click Programs
Click the Overview link within the US Club Soccer 2019-20 Governing Season
Use the Filter or sort functionality to see specific views of your data.**
Within the Teams page > Actions, click Approve or Deny for each team.
Familiarize yourself with other resources and tools available to your league. To see how you can approve teams to your league, view players and staff on teams participating in your league, and create and export reports, please watch this training video.
Please remind your league members not to enter player and staff information for the 2019-20 Governing Season in KYCK Play.
For technical assistance (unable to access your account, team approval errors, etc.), contact your SportsEngine Transition Specialist at (888) 655-3498 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. Please specify that you are an administrator of a US Club Soccer-sanctioned league, not a club registrar.
Additionally, SportsEngine’s Customer Support is available for assistance via sportngin.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new during the following hours:
Monday-Friday | 8am-7pm CT
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays | 9am-6pm CT
For other US Club Soccer registration or administrative assistance, please contact your respective US Club Soccer membership administrator.
We’ll continue to provide more information and training resources as we prepare for the next season. Thanks for your time!
Thanks for your time.
