In order to accommodate members during the launch of the new National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine, for the 2019-20 Governing Season, US Club Soccer has implemented the following measures, effective immediately:
1. Any combination of the following forms of US Club Soccer player and staff registration are to be accepted through September 10, 2019:
a. Passcards issued via the new National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine
b. Passcards issued via KYCK Play that show an expiration date of July 31, 2019
c. Temporary passcards or registration letters issued by US Club Soccer on or after July 1, 2019, regardless of the expiration date listed on the document.
2. Regarding Official Rosters:
a. A combination of passcards and Official Rosters from both KYCK Play and the new National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine, may be used for a team.
b. Temporary registration letters may also be used as Official Rosters.
c. Players and staff members included within #1 may be hand-written onto Official Rosters.
3. The standard insurance coverage is in full force and effect in each of these situations.
