Question: Why did Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy apply for Players First licensing?
Danny McBride, General Manager & Director of Coaching of Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy: CRWA applied for Players First licensing, because we want to be established and recognized as a club who truly puts Player Development first. We also recognize the prestige of this license and how it separates us.
Question: What does it mean for Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy to now be an official Players First-licensed club?
McBride: We are extremely excited and honored to be a Players First-licensed club. We look forward to upholding the standards set forth by the Players First license and are eager to learn how we can continue to grow with the aid/assistance of Players First.
Question: What makes Players First licensing different from other initiatives or programs your club has participated in?
McBride: This is the first of if its type for our academy. Players First is a nationally recognized license and puts us amongst an elite group of clubs nationwide.
Question: What would you like the parents of Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy to know about what this means to them?
McBride: We would like for the parents to understand why it is beneficial to be a Players First-recognized club, as well as the “uniqueness” that is brings to us. We want them to see that this is for elite level clubs only who are committed to the process of developing individual players over immediate team success.
