The latest addition to the offerings from Players First partners, Beyond Pulse, presented the fourth and final episode of its Speed Series, on Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. ET, live on US Club Soccer’s Facebook page.
This episode of the Beyond Pulse Speed Series, titled “Tracking speed improvements for youth soccer players,” featured Beyond Pulse expert Johnny Wilson tying together his previous three Speed Series webinars, while providing insight into Beyond Pulse’s methods of tracking speed improvements in youth soccer players.
While Beyond Pulse continues to positively impact other US Club Soccer programming, including id2, its direct contributions to the Player Development, Coaching Development and Player Health & Safety pillars of Players First have resulted in its general partnership with US Club Soccer transitioning to a Players First-specific partnership. Beyond Pulse joins a growing portfolio of 15 other Players First partners helping to improve the club experience for parents and players.
“The very idea of Players First is completely aligned with our philosophy here at Beyond Pulse,” added Vice President of Sports Education and Co-Founder, Michael Sup. “That is to encourage youth soccer clubs to create the best possible environments for all players to grow and flourish. The Players First license recognizes that the needs of the players should come above and beyond all else. We are proud to be part of this flagship move by US Club Soccer, in what we believe to be the beginning of clubs uniting across the country, demonstrating best practice in youth soccer. We are here to support these clubs, their coaching staff, players and parents on that journey.”
Beyond its on-site efforts at id2 Training Camps, Beyond Pulse has contributed to Players First’s easily accessible offerings, such as the Beyond Pulse Speed Series.
