Tommy Amaker, Harvard men's basketball coach and Positive Coaching Alliance Advisory Board member, knows how critical athlete body language and attitude is to the success of a team.

His motto with his team is: "Attitude is contagious; is yours worth catching?" As he says in this video clip, everyone is bound to have a bad day, but the beauty of being on a team is that you are around others who can pick you up and spread positivity.
