We wanted to update you about the transition from our current registration platform (KYCK Play) to the new US Club Soccer National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine. The new platform is planned to launch in May 2019, and an exact date will be determined as it gets closer.
For now, please note the following:
All functions for the August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020 registration year will take place in the new US Club Soccer National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine.
All functions for the current (August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019) registration year will continue to take place in KYCK Play through July 31, 2019.
We believe this approach of having access to both platforms at the same time provides the most responsible transition.
As one major benefit of the new platform, passcards for the August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020 registration year may be submitted as soon as the new platform is launched. This allows both registrars and US Club Soccer administrators to start submitting and processing passcard requests, respectively, in May, rather than July 1 as in previous years. Those passcards will then be valid starting August 1, 2019.
Over the next few months, updates and action items will be sent on a regular basis. Additionally, a comprehensive training plan will be activated, to include: custom videos, inline resources, screenshares/webinars, training camps, and live chat, email and phone support.
As always, thank you for your support.
