Here is a collection of tips, reminders, FAQs and other important information to help you better navigate the US Club Soccer National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine.
US Club Soccer's current registration platform, created by KYCK Play, is being upgraded to a platform with pure SportsEngine technology. Please stay tuned for updates.
US Club Soccer conducts webinars for registrars and associated administrators of member clubs/organizations in order to review US Club Soccer’s registration platform.
These are hosted around the end/beginning of registration seasons. Please check back later for newly released webinars.
Webinars are limited to the first 30 individuals to register. All registrants receive a subsequent email with log-in/dial-in instructions shortly before the webinar start time.
The form will no longer be available if capacity is reached. If that happens, we encourage you to register for a webinar on another date.
Webinar registrants will need a computer with internet access. If your computer does not have speakers and a microphone, you may dial-in with a phone.
NOTE: If you sign up for a webinar, please make every effort to attend that webinar. If you sign up for a webinar and later realize you will be unable to attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so your spot may be released and opened up for someone else.
US Club Soccer’s National Registration System is used for registration of competitive players. For more information, please visit the Player Registration web page (coming soon).
1. Add all teams. Also, affiliate the team(s) with the league/competition playing, if applicable.
2. After assigning coaches/staff members to each team (at the team level using the drop-down menu or Teams > View All Teams.), add players to each team. Be sure to use the player’s full name exactly as it appears on the proof of birth (POB). Also, upload the corresponding documents for each player.
3. Request US Club Soccer registration/passcard for each player (and coach/staff members) for processing by US Club Soccer. You will receive an email when registrations/passcards are processed.
4. Monitor the Cards > Previous Requests for messages from US Club Soccer (“User Response Required”).
